  • Best ways to package food
  • Shelf life (How long it will last in good condition)
  • Evaluate the food

Making sherbet

Ingredients-

  1. 1/4 cup of icing sugar
  2. 1/4 teaspoon Raro
  3. 1/4 teaspoon citric acid
  4. 1/4 teaspoon tartaric acid
  5. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Now add together in a plastic bag, mix and enjoy!

Evaluation
The sherbet (I used raspberry raro) was sweet with a slight hint
of sourness, in most areas. But in the bottom, there wasn't much
raro, which may have been caused by not enough mixing.
